Founded in 2000, our attorneys have a combined legal experience of over thirty years, spanning two continents and seven jurisdictions. The firm provides legal services in all state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey.

Narissa A. Joseph

Narissa A. Joseph, Esq. is the managing partner of the Law Offices of Narissa Joseph, P.C. (LOONJPC), established in 2005. Narissa is a product of the NYC public school system (Midwood High School- Go Hornets). She obtained her BA degree from SUNY Stony Brook. Narissa has been accredited by the American Bar Association of New York with her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2002. While in law school, Narissa took an interest in Bankruptcy as an intern at the Brooklyn Law School Bankruptcy and interned for Bankruptcy Judge of the Southern District of New York Bankruptcy Court, Robert E. Gerber. After law school Narissa worked at two small firms, first as a real estate attorney then as a bankruptcy attorney. Finally with the support of her family she decided to hang up her shingle in 2005 and opened the doors to the Law Office of Narissa A. Joseph, PC. As a leading lawyer in the firm, Narissa uses her experience and personal relationships to get results for all LOONJPC’s clients. She is a talented and hard-working attorney who never stops trying to support the needs of her clients and ensure their best interest is served.

Olaoluwa Oni

Olaoluwa Oni is an associate with the firm’s civil litigation practice. Qualified to practice in two countries.
Laolu brings Eight years of legal and corporate experience to the firm. She has experience and expertise in Real Estate Litigation, Family Law Litigation, and Bankruptcy law.
Besides being an attorney, Ms. Oni is also an author.

She has published numerous articles and a novel.
She loves to exercise and spend time with her family.

Tasha townsend

Tasha Townsend is a paralegal and office manager in the firm. She has worked with Law Office of Narissa A. Joseph P.C. for over ten years. She has experience dealing with Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. She has extensive experience working on Family Law case and Divorce. She always tries to handle the clients with care.

When Tasha is not in the office she loves to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys running and creating flower arrangements.
